Dear Salim Talkhinovich,
I write to congratulate you and all the members of the Tatar Nobility Association of St. Petersburg on the 10th anniversary of its founding.
Having followed the many and diverse social and cultural activities of the Association of these past ten years, I want to extend to you my hopes that your organization will continue to enjoy every success in its efforts to preserve the heritage of the Tatar people, encourage the creative development of its glorious traditions, and strengthen the internal religious, ethnic, and civic harmony of our country.
I very much hope that the celebration of this first major anniversary in the history of the Assembly will facilitate the unity of all Tatar Nobility Associations across Russia, foster the creation of means for the general collaboration in their activities, and lay the groundwork for new and expanded philanthropic and educational activities.
