The Head of the Russian Imperial House, H.I.H. The Grand Duchess Maria of Russia, is deeply shocked by the news of the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, and is utterly revolted by this inhumane crime against peaceful citizens.
 
Grand Duchess Maria of Russia, her son and heir, Grand Duke George of Russia, and his spouse, Princess Victoria Romanovna, mourn the loss of life and pray for the souls of all those who have been killed and for the quick recovery of those who have been injured in this horrendous attack. They extend their deepest condolences to the families and friends of all those who have perished.
