The Head of the Russian Imperial House, H.I.H. The Grand Duchess Maria of Russia, her son and heir, H.I.H. The Grand Duke George of Russia, and his spouse, H.S.H. Princess Victoria Romanovna, were deeply saddened to learn of the death on February 3, 2024, of H.R.H. Victor-Emmanuel of Savoy (1937-2024), Prince of Naples (the de jure King of Italy as Victor-Emmanuel IV). He was 87 years old.

Their Imperial Highnesses extend their deepest condolences to Prince Victor-Emmanuel’s son and heir, Prince Emanuele-Filiberto, to the members of the Royal Family of Italy, and all the countrymen of the deceased prince.
