It was with enormous sadness that I learned of the untimely and tragic death of your husband.

I and my son and heir, Grand Duke George of Russia, send our deepest condolences to you, your children, and to all your family and friends.

Vadim Albertovich’s patriotism, his contributions to the strengthening of the institutions of the Russian government, his accomplishments in working for the legal and social defense of his fellow citizens, his active participation in the preservation of the historical and cultural heritage of our country all earned him the our sincere and deep respect. We will forever remember in our hearts his kind and considerate regard for us and the assistance he offer us as we performed our work and service to the nation.

May the Lord grant rest to the soul of His newly departed servant Vadim in a place where there is no pain, suffering or sighing.

May God remember him in His Kingdom and may his memory be eternal!
