The Results of the Poster Contest “The Present and Future of Russia: Expressions of What’s Most Important,” Sponsored by the Head of the Russian Imperial House, have been Announced

The Results of the Poster Contest “The Present and Future of Russia: Expressions of What’s Most Important,” Sponsored by the Head of the Russian Imperial House, have been Announced

As part of the activities organized and to be held in Russia in 2012 during the officially declared “Year of Russian History” (Presidential Decree no. 49 of September 1, 2012), which are designed to raise public awareness of the social-cultural values and problems of modern Russian life; and also as part of the program to support and develop creativity and research skills among children and young people, the following groups and organizations have organized a poster contest entitled “The Present and Future of Russia: Expressions of What’s Most Important,” which has been co-sponsored by the following groups and organizations: the non-profit organization “Fund for the Support and Development of Education, Creativity, and Culture,” the Chancellery of the Head of the Russian Imperial House, H.I.H. Grand Duchess Maria of Russia, the Imperial Society of the House of Romanoff, the Subcommittee on the Formation and Development of Human Resources in the Field of Intellectual Property Management, of the Committee on Intellectual Property of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (TPP RF), the Academy of Professional Education, the Department of Certification and Retraining of Education of the Moscow State Pedagogical University (MPGU), the company “Biblio-Globus,” the Russian Association of Innovative Development, the Limited Liability Corporation (LLC—in Russian, OOO) “Center for the Complex Development and Social Adaptation of Children and Adolescents”, the LLC “Center for the Distribution of Advertisements,” the School of Architectural Development (ShAR), the “Moscow Architectural Institute (the State Academy),” “Informavtodor,” the V. I. Surikov Moscow State Academic Arts Institute, the Moscow Union of Artists, the Association of Poster Arts, and “A’D Media Group.” Professional experts judged the Contest, which sought to develop the artistic abilities and the collaborative interaction of children and youth through art, and help to preserve and develop the cultural, historical, and spiritual-moral traditions of Russia, encourage the possibilities for harmonious relations and the realization of unity of principles of education and upbringing of the individual in the modern information age.
